About Thomas

Tom has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry in all aspects including underground utilities, sewer main repairs and replacements and commercial and residential excavations as well as individual and government contracts. He directly oversees all of our field staff and handles all projects in the field alongside our field Director, Brian Moore, from start to finish. Tom has his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Spring Garden College and was also a volunteer Firefighter for many years. 

Tom Applies advanced technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve complex land development/site improvement issues. Tom has over 3 decades of Construction Experience. Some of his more impressive achievements are turning around a low-pressure sewer main project in Upper Providence Township, Delaware County from -14% to completion at +22% via collaborative team effort, investigating techniques, analyzing bid, changing product installation, and training for crews. He was also instrumental in replacing an existing union company with sustainable $8-$10M business with 40 field employees and maintained consistent clients, i.e. Wawa, Chester Water Authority, Pulte Homes, Toll Brothers, Hankin Group, and various local developers working in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties along with State of Delaware.
