About Dawn

Dawn will serve as Chief Operating Officer for MOR Construction Services. Dawn’s responsibilities include the overall operational excellence, strategy and controls in Human Resources, Policies and Procedures, Safety, Fleet management, Communications, Social Media, and Employee engagement.  She brings over 25 years’ experience in Program management, Incentive/Recognition and Communications to the role, executing on strategies that elevate company progress/processes and strengthen the organization’s overall culture. Dawn focuses on a creative and collaborative approach to running effective programs that work to advance MOR Construction Services goals with a passion for operational efficiencies.  

Prior to accepting this position, Dawn spent 18 years in various managerial and program management roles with Ricoh USA, Inc. During this time, she created award winning recognition and communication programs recognized by industry organizations while gaining valuable experience implementing services strategic directives, communications, or creative solutions to process improvements in the field. 

Dawn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, photography, and volunteering in the community.
